Independence Blue Cross (IBX) wanted to motivate their employees to make healthier decisions about what they ate and increase their awareness of nutrition knowledge. Using an incentives and rewards system which incorporated reloadable, prepaid cards, IBX was able to help employees track their meals and make better choices.
