Maternity education and positive hospital engagement
To enhance the hospital brand, drive use of hospital-associated physicians, and educate expectant mothers.
GoMo Health leveraged its proprietary emerging science, BehavioralRx™, the science of patient engagement, to build the program and determine the engagement strategy, approach and content delivered. The following behavioral and cognitive techniques were applied:

- Reduction Technology: Persuading through simplifying
- Tailoring Technology: Persuasion through customization
As a third party provider partnering with hospitals and health systems, Staywell collaborated with GoMo Health to deliver lifestyle and maternity information to expectant mothers under their partner’s brands. Via interactive mobile onboarding, each subscriber submitted specifics about their pregnancy – due date, if they were a soon-to-be new or “seasoned” mother, educational resources, etc. This information was used to create custom content packages that directly corresponded to the week of their pregnancy, including directory listings of providers for each stage of their care (functionality included click to call and click to email), motivational messaging, and baby and other family member preparation and planning tips.
