To engage hospital visitors and direct them to the company’s various food service locations within partnering hospitals.
A North Carolina hospital food vendor selected GoMo Health to build interactive mobile wayfinding sites to increase sales and promote the various eateries within specific partner locations. Posters and signage throughout the hospital promote the mobile wayfinding website that includes point-to-point directions, hours of operation, and food offered in the eateries. For other locations in the network, GoMo Health designed an opt-in program through which subscribers can receive daily menus, specials, coupons, and interactive surveys to provide product and service feedback.
