Susan Zbikowski

Dr. Susan Zbikowski is a successful entrepreneur, business leader, research executive, and behavior change expert with 15+ years’ experience helping businesses grow and become more profitable through research and data analytics. Her research interests relate to behavioral and technology-supported interventions to reduce health risk behaviors such as tobacco use, unhealthy eating, and sedentary lifestyles across the lifespan. She has served as a co-investigator on nearly 25 grants and has over 70 peer-reviewed publications. In 2018, she founded inZights Consulting, LLC. Dr. Zbikowski works with start-ups and growing companies to improve their products, outcomes, and business results with an evidence strategy that combines data thought leadership, and scientific best practices. She has previously held roles as Chief Behavioral Scientist and Director of Wellness Science and Analytics at Humana and Senior Vice President of Research, Training, and Evaluation Services at Alere.
