Biography
Thea Lynn F. Shiansky is an experienced healthcare leader with over 15 years of clinical and operational leadership at the system, hospital and bedside level. Mrs. Shiansky holds a Masters in nursing administration from NYU where she graduated as a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Currently, Mrs. Shiansky plays a key role in improving patient quality across Kaiser Permanente in Southern California. Prior to this, she coordinated hospital operations and patient flow across New York city’s Mount Sinai Health System, including the system-wide response to COVID-19. Her healthcare leadership is built upon a foundation of bedside experience as a registered nurse and team lead for multiple level 1 trauma centers across New York City and Chicago inner-city hospitals as well Mount Sinai’s cardiothoracic ICU. She has a passion for improving access and quality of care for patients and is excited about how digital health will transform the future of healthcare.
