Biography

Anne Hewitt, Ph.D., M.A. is Professor Emerita in the Department of Interprofessional Health Sciences and Health Administration at Seton Hall University. She joined the university in 2000 and served in multiple leadership roles, including department chair, before retiring in 2024. Dr. Hewitt founded the Seton Center for Community and Population Health and continues to serve as its director while teaching as an adjunct in the Master of Healthcare Administration program.

Her work focuses on population health management, community health planning, and health policy, and she is an accomplished author and researcher in these areas.
