Biography
Diane Ravech is a senior healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience leading payer strategy, reimbursement, and commercial growth across specialty care and multi-site provider organizations. Her work has consistently focused on aligning clinical delivery models with reimbursement frameworks, helping organizations expand patient access while maintaining sustainable financial performance. She is known for building durable payer relationships, negotiating complex managed care agreements, and translating operational performance into contracting leverage.
Most recently, Diane served as Chief Payor Strategy Officer and, previously, as Chief Revenue Officer at CCRM Fertility, where she led national payer partnerships, contracting strategy, and revenue initiatives across a multi-location fertility clinic network. In these roles, she worked closely with executive, operational, and clinical leadership to support market expansion, strengthen reimbursement performance, and navigate evolving commercial, employer-sponsored, and alternative payment arrangements.
Diane currently serves as Principal Consultant of Essential Healthcare Consulting Group, advising healthcare platforms, founders, and investors on payer performance, contracting strategy, and reimbursement optimization while evaluating her next long-term operating leadership role. Her advisory work includes payer portfolio assessment, contract evaluation, value-based care readiness, and helping organizations understand how operational processes and patient experience influence payer relationships and financial outcomes.
Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Women’s Health USA and the University of Connecticut Health Center, where she developed managed care strategies, expanded provider networks, and supported clinical program growth across women’s health and specialty services.
She holds a master’s degree from Penn State University and a bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College and is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA).
