Being in this GoMo program has given me an opportunity to manage the member anywhere they are. They can just send me a text from anywhere. One member needed food and access to transportation and needed doctors. I was able to get in touch with a food pantry, get transportation, and find doctors for her. She stated she received food. She was very grateful.
