Program offers words of encouragement, support to mothers in need
NJTV reporter Lauren Wanko learned about GoMo Health solutions for maternal child health from our work with the Central Jersey Family Health Consortium. This month, NJTV featured GoMo Health and its remote care coordination program designed to support moms, caregivers and children with proper health, wellness, language and literacy development.
