Personal Concierge uses the BehavorialRx® science of engagement to communicate via mobile messaging and interactive “conversations” to guide patients throughout the continuum of their care.
Nurturingan ongoing, interactive patient relationship has proven to decrease complications and increase patient compliance leading up to and following the procedure. GoMo Chat isan on-demand bi-directional chatbot that enables triage of patients’ self-expressed challenges, responding as appropriate through automation, and escalating to a live care coordinator at James River Cardiology when neededto provide direct support to avoidpotential adverse events.
