At GoMo Health, we thrive in an atmosphere of action, collaborating closely with experts in brain health, nutrition, and behavioral psychology. This synergy motivates each of us to prioritize and enhance our physical and mental well-being. Thus, when the opportunity arose to develop a health and wellness program for GoMo Health employees, our team enthusiastically embraced it. This initiative, now named WellSync, has provided us with firsthand experience using the same tools and resources we advocate for our clients. By creating this program, we not only heightened our awareness of personal health but also deepened our understanding of the user experience. The positive feedback received as we curated resources and messaging sets the stage for the program’s impact.

The focus of the WellSync program is to enhance lives and cultivate a flourishing, supportive community within the workplace. WellSync isn’t an isolated initiative; it will be reinforced by internal communication channels such as our company newsletter and a dedicated Microsoft Teams channel, all geared towards promoting healthy habits and overall well-being among team members.

From big-picture, science-backed applications to improving brain health and recognizing the challenges of modern work dynamics, WellSync encourages employees to improve daily workplace tasks by providing snackable bites of in-the-moment applications. This simple yet effective strategy respects personal time, which is especially important for a global team spanning multiple time zones.
