AONN+ GoMo Health Collaborator
The Lynx Group GoMo Health Collaborator

GoMo Health, the Academy of Oncology Nurse & Patient Navigators (AONN+), and The Lynx Group have teamed up to increase the efficacy of telehealth with patient-partnered care for the treatment of cancer.

This integrated approach further deepens the GoMo Health Concierge Care digital therapeutic,  aligning with the value-based Oncology Care Model (OCM) and providing for full electronic patient-reported outcome measures (ePRO) while being 508 compliant. Together with AONN+, GoMo Health combines BehavioralRx®, a proven behavioral engagement method for integrated psychosocial digital support for “compromised” cancer patients at times of crisis, with AONN+’s evidence-based national oncology navigation metrics.

The Goal: an interactive program that enables shared decision-making between the patient and the care team, thereby increasing patient adherence to their treatment plan, increasing patient engagement, and enhancing education to support clinical best practices for oncology healthcare professionals, organizations, and patients worldwide.

This telehealth system of care is available for licensing to cancer centers and practices, patient advocacy groups, healthcare plans, state and federal health organizations, and pharmaceutical and medical device companies.

“AONN+ is highly motivated to collaborate with GoMo Health and The Lynx Group to create a platform to support navigation and put it in the hands of care teams and patients globally,” said Danelle Johnston, MSN, RN, HON-ONN-CG, OCN, Chief Nursing Officer and Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Initiatives at AONN+. Johnston went on to say, “this telehealth program intends to improve health outcomes while reducing adverse events.”

“The Lynx Group is in a unique position to understand and help our life science partners and the oncology healthcare community. Together with GoMo Health and AONN+, we have crafted a collaboration with a proven digital therapeutic that will improve the lives of patients, families, and cancer care teams,” said Brian Tyburski, President and CEO, The Lynx Group.
