1. Product Description

The Reporting Portal, developed and owned by Gold Group Enterprises, Inc. dba GoMo Health® (GoMo Health), provides clients with secure, 24/7 access to program-specific data, engagement metrics, and custom reports. Through controlled permissions, authorized users can monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and generate data-informed insights to guide strategic decision-making.

Depending on the client’s contracted services and system permissions, additional features may be available within the Reporting Portal, including but not limited to:

  • Access to GoMo Campaigns: Visibility into the timing, targeting, and performance metrics of campaigns managed through the GoMo platform.
  • Access to Device Monitoring: Information and analytics related to the performance and health of devices used in program delivery or data collection.

Not all services or modules may be exposed to each client; availability is subject to contracted scope and internal access controls.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking on the login banner and continuing to access the Reporting Portal, you acknowledge that you have received, read, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Use of the Reporting Portal is also governed by your organization’s contract with GoMo Health. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use the system.

3. Monitoring and Revocation of Use

GoMo Health reserves the right to monitor, log, and audit all activity within the Reporting Portal to uphold data integrity, ensure compliance, and maintain system performance.

GoMo Health retains sole discretion to revoke or restrict access to the portal at any time and without notice if:

  • Terms or contractual conditions are violated;
  • There is a risk to system security, integrity, or performance;
  • Misuse or unauthorized distribution of assets or data is identified;
  • Inappropriate access or manipulation of service offerings is detected.

4. Ownership and Use of Assets

All system infrastructure, reporting logic, campaign assets, device monitoring data, and analytical frameworks are the sole property of GoMo Health or its licensors. Clients are provided access solely for their internal operational and analytical use as defined by contract.

Users may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or repurpose reports, dashboards, or campaign and device data beyond the scope of use permitted by contract;
  • Reverse-engineer or replicate any part of the Reporting Portal or its supplemental services;
  • Disclose any non-exposed features or modules to unauthorized third parties.

5. Liabilities

GoMo Health:

GoMo Health provides the Reporting Portal and its included service modules on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While every effort is made to ensure accurate data and reliable system uptime, GoMo Health makes no express or implied warranties regarding:

  • The availability or functionality of the system or any included modules;
  • The accuracy or fitness of reports for a specific client decision-making purpose;
  • The visibility or availability of supplemental services unless contractually guaranteed.

GoMo Health is not liable for:

  • Decisions made based on report insights;
  • Errors stemming from incorrect data inputs or client-side misinterpretations;
  • Service interruptions due to maintenance or unforeseen system issues including but not limited to:
    • Any Third-party provider interruption, delay, or failure in service;
    • Internet outages
    • Malicious attacks (e.g. denial-of –service)
  • Unauthorized access or data breaches resulting from user negligence;

Clients and Third Parties:

Clients are fully responsible for managing and securing access credentials, user roles, and permissions within their organization. GoMo Health is not liable for any actions, omissions, or data handled by third-party users on behalf of their users or third-party agents. Clients are also liable for:

  • Any unauthorized access or misuse of portal features by their users or agents;
  • Ensuring responsible interpretation and use of data;
  • Adherence to all terms, even for features or services not actively exposed but provisioned.

6. Modifications

GoMo Health reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued access to and use of the portal following such changes constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
