Liz Abadiotakis, OTD, OTR/L, is a doctor of occupational therapy specializing in pediatrics. Dr. Liz has over 18 years of experience creating and presenting custom content for diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals, parent associations, and business administrators. Her background in occupational therapy, coupled with her data-driven thinking and passion for action offers a strong base from which to target the goals of any organization.

Throughout her career, Dr. Liz has lead teams of health care and educational professionals as a clinical coordinator, clinical director, and entrepreneur. Dr. Liz was the owner and director of a New Jersey-based pediatric clinic, The Interactive Playground and Wellness Center until she sought balance in her role of motherhood and moved on from the clinic to further her education and experience. Dr. Liz established her current company Dr. Liz the OT, LLC and recently immersed herself in a research study that focused on the needs of parents in attaining quality parenting information and resulted in the development of the parentingannex.com. Her broad base of experience and knowledge in both the clinical and business environment have allowed her to grow her consultation business to reach beyond parents and health care professionals to assist marketing professionals in better understanding the dynamics of their teams to increase productivity. As a parent of two young children, Liz learned first hand the nuances of balancing parenting and a career. Her true passion is advocating for parents’ successes in the workplace and at home.
