Linda Roszak Burton, ACC, BBC, BS, Founder and Managing Partner of DRW, Inc., a leadership development and executive coaching firm. The firm supports the development of positive and healthy cultures, positive leaders, and engaged employees to further their mission-driven and values-based services.

Linda combines the latest research in positive psychology, gratitude, and neuroscience in the delivery of executive and team coaching services. In addition, she supports various research initiatives as it relates to employee engagement and building a healthy and positive work environment. Most recently, she completed a Gratitude Intervention Study resulting in statistically significant improvements in employee engagement and meaningfulness of work. Linda currently serves in an advisory role for a Nursing Steering Committee at a major academic medical center as a gratitude subject matter expert. She is also conducting research with Central Queensland University in Queensland, Australia, and Angelia Ruskin University in Cambridge, England, on gratitude interventions to support nurse resilience and stress management.

Linda is a credentialed executive coach through the International Coach Federation, a certified Brain-Based Coach through the NeuroLeadership Institute, a licensed Positive Psychology Instructor, and a member of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School Affiliate. She holds a B.S in Health Education from Virginia Tech and has completed coursework pursuing an M.S. in Conflict Management at the University of Baltimore.

Linda is a frequent speaker and writer on the science of gratitude and the associated correlates of contemporary neuroscience. Frequently requested topics include individual health and well-being benefits of gratitude and the professional and organizational benefits to reinforce positive cultures, develop positive leadership, and inspire employees to bring their best self to work each day. She is the author of Gratitude Heals®– A Journal for Inspiration and Guidance (Available on Amazon) and the upcoming eBook, It Takes a Pandemic – 30 Days to Discover Gratitude, Kindness, and Hope.
