A leader in engagement, activation, motivation, persuasion, and customer retention, with the acquisition of Skye, GoMo Health further extends its’ end-to-end customer experience expertise by offering in house capabilities in creating bi-directional e-learning and training experiences that will support individuals across the continuum of care on best practices in all aspects of care management.
The combined team will offer trainings that will help develop actionable skills for (1) healthcare and social service professionals to better support patients and members, with a specialty focus on underserved, vulnerable populations and (2) employees to develop and foster mental and physical resiliency, including those in recovery from addiction. “This engaging approach to training and education is the perfect complement to the GoMo Health proprietary science of engagement, BehavioralRx, which simplifies complex clinical directives, converting them into easy to understand and follow pathways for patients and members.
