Creating Educational Resources and Support for Urology Patients and Providers
The UroLift® System procedure, created by the Teleflex Interventional Urology Business Unit, is a minimally invasive permanent implant system that treats symptoms of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH). Teleflex is a provider of innovative, clinically effective devices that address unmet urology needs. Together, GoMo Health and Teleflex have created a digital engagement program for the enhancement of the BPH care journey. These programs empower patients along the treatment decision-making process and support urologists’ efforts in guiding patients along the clinical treatment pathway.

BPH Advisor™
The BPH Advisor™ is a free digital education program to help people who are actively seeking information about the BPH condition and urinary symptoms. The BPH Advisor tool helps searchers understand their symptoms, articulate their goals, and prepare for provider discussion.
Personalized resources for potential BPH patients
People seeking more information about their urinary symptoms complete a brief lifestyle questionnaire that assesses their symptoms, preferences, and goals for their condition management. After completing the questionnaire, participants have 24/7 access to their personalized myBPH report™ and additional videos and articles that reference clinical publications and guidelines from the American Urological Association (AUA) through the BPH Advisor digital library.
Continuing education through Care Message™ delivery
For up to 6 months after receiving their myBPH report, participants receive regular Care Messages in the form of SMS, email, or both. Care Messages will provide insights and education on action steps they may take related to their treatment journey.
