GoMo Health Rides the Revolution for Heart Health
The GoMo Health team geared up for a great cause, as they joined the American Stroke Association for CycleNation New Jersey on April 7, 2019. The first-ever New Jersey CycleNation event took place in Asbury Park, where cycling enthusiasts and supporters came together to support heart and stroke research.
The event’s stationary bikes were set up in Bradley Park, where cyclists had a perfect view of Convention Hall and Wonder Bar, two of Asbury Park’s most iconic landmarks. The energy radiated from the tent and attracted many supporters who – along with CycleNation riders – were able to move to upbeat music and listen to powerful stories from stroke survivors.
The chairman for the 2019 Asbury Park CycleNation event was GoMo Health CEO and Chief Behavioral Technologist, Bob Gold, who helped motivate and lead his team and other cyclists to the finish. “This event brought our community together for a fun afternoon of heart-pumping cycling, interactive learning and raising critical funds for the American Stroke Association,” stated Bob Gold. GoMo Health was also named the top company team of the event, raising more than $1200 for important heart and stroke research in the Garden State.
The American Stroke Association established CycleNation to celebrate each and everyone’s power to transform health in America, by coming together for a high-energy, endorphin-pumping ride where everybody’s a winner.
