He has significant experience in the provider and pharmaceutical supplier sectors. Roger is a creative problem solver with excellent execution and cost containment skills. He designed and implemented a new pharmacy computer system resulting in $2 million in savings—with projected additional savings of $1 million and implemented a network quality system capable of increasing efficiency by 70% after initiating efforts to resolve major technical problems. Roger developed strategies and implemented plans to sell ION’s primary product offerings: national contracting, pharmacy, procurement services, physician services, capital equipment, and IT services. He exceeded goals for adding new business volume.

Roger’s experience includes vice president of clinical business development for Integra Connect, senior vice president of market strategy for Sonexus Health, vice president of professional services for AmerisourceBergen, senior corporate director or business development for ION Solutions, Director of Pharmacy at Sparrow Health System, and western regional director for Mallinckrodt/Tyco.
